Let Go

It is not the actions of others which trouble us (for those actions are controlled by their governing part), but rather it is our own judgments. Therefore remove those judgments and resolve to let go of your anger, and it will already be gone. How do you let go? By realizing that such actions are not shameful to you.

Often we find ourselves thinking too deeply about how others affect us when ideally it is our own interpretations in combination with our learnings and experiences that cause our unsettlement. Over the years i've learned that it's important to let go of my need for controlling situations and how others treat or act towards me. I have no control over that. Nor should I insist on controlling it. Finding peace means learning to look at things objectively and never fixating on them for more than an instant. It is not an easy task, but important nonetheless. There are ways I try to be better at this and includes the following:
